When you submit our volunteer or contact forms, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the ways you would like to help, and any message you choose to share. We also record the time of submission and a temporary technical marker used only to limit spam submissions.

How we use it

• To reply to you about volunteering, mentoring, partnerships, or program questions.
• To send updates about upcoming events, outreach days, and volunteer needs, if you asked for them.
• To keep our forms working safely by blocking automated or abusive submissions.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. Information is shared only with the trusted services that store our records and deliver our email notifications, and only so we can respond to you.

Youth and families

Program participation for minors is arranged through a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep volunteer and contact records for as long as needed to support our programs and relationship with you. Spam-prevention records are short-lived and automatically become irrelevant after a few minutes.

Your choices
